Red Rover
Only really for smaller children, this is a bit of rumbustious fun out in the park. (Warning: just keep an eye on this to make sure it doesn't get too rough).
How To Play
Step 1.
Players divide into 2 teams of roughly equivalent size and strength. The players in each teams link hand in a chain facing the opposition.
Step 2.
The first team to go calls out "Red Rover, Red Rover, send {name} over!", naming one player from the other team.
Step 3.
The nominated player must immediately run towards the other team and try to break through one of the links in the chain. If she is successful she returns to her team. If she is unsuccessful then she joins the opposition team.

The game ends when there is 1 player left in 1 of the teams.
