Pass the Parcel
(Also known as: Pass the Bomb)
Prepare a prize wrapped in multiple layers of paper. When the music plays the parcel is passed around the circle. When it stops the holder removes one layer of wrapping, until one lucky person finally opens up the prize.
How To Play
Step 1.
Purchase a suitable gift and wrap it in multiple layers of gift wrap or tissue paper.
Step 2.
Have the guests sit in something resembling a circle so that they can pass the parcel from one person to the next.
Step 3.
Start the music and the parcel is passed around the circle until the music stops. The player holding the parcel at the time then removes one layer of paper. When the music resumes, the parcel is passed around again.

The player that removes the final layer of wrapping wins the prize.

Tips / Variations
You could add a slip of paper in between each layer of wrapping with instructions to perform a task, song, dance or something to make the game even more fun.
