Limbo
Leaning backwards from the waist, pass below the ever lowering crossbar
How To Play
Step 1.
To make the posts you will need to knock a few nails into a piece of wood or plastic tube, evenly spaced every 10cm or so from the top down to about 0.5 metres from the ground. You will need two of these.
Step 2.
Hammer the posts/tubes into the ground or place them in a buckets of sand or soil. Place a cross bar across the top two nails.
Step 3.
As the Reggae or Tin Pan music plays, players take turns to dance under the bar FRONTWAYS ON & LEANING BACKWARDS. Only the feet and no other part of the anatomy may touch the floor.
Step 4.
When all contestants have successfully completed a level, lower the bar to the next level. Any contestant failing to stay front on or touching the floor is eliminated.
-
The winner is the person who can successfully dip under the lowest bar. (Hopefully one of the kids as they have a big advantage over adults in this one).
