Hula Hooping
Players try to keep their Hula Hoop off the ground (no hands) while completing a short obstacle course.
How To Play
Step 1.
Purchase a Hula Hoop. Mark out a course with cones or bean bags, even adding a small jump or bridge if you wish to be particularly challenging.
Step 2.
Players must complete the course while Hula Hooping continuously & without using their hands to hold up the hula hoop.
Step 3.
The body must be inside the Hula Hoop and not next to it like little Natasha here. (Although she is having a good time :-) )
