Frog In The Pond
Sit in a circle and appoint a Frogmaster. They announce where the frog is with accompanying hand gestures and everyone must copy what is said not what is gestured.
How To Play
Step 1.
Everyone kneels down in a circle facing inwards. Take it in turns to be the Frog-master.
Step 2.
The Frog-master calls out the location of the frog, accompanied by placing both hands in the correct position:
Frog in the Pond = hands on the floor
Frog on the Bank = hands on the knees
Frog in the Tree = hands on shoulders
FROG IN SPACE (shouted out dramatically) = hands in the airStep 3.
All player must place their hands wherever the Frog-master says the frog is located, NOT where she puts her hands!!
The Frog-master will normally match the location and the hands, BUT... at some point they will try to deceive the group by throwing in a non-match, e.g Frog in the Tree with the hands on the floor.Step 4.
Any player who places their hands in the wrong position loses one of 3 lives.
-
The last remaining player is the winner and can breathe a sigh of relief. They then become the Frog-master.
