Egg & Spoon race

Traditional school sports day race, individual or relay. (If you have never heard of this game then you must have been living in a chicken coup)

How To Play

  • Step 1.

    Contestants line up on the start line holding a spoon with a hard boiled egg balanced on it.

  • Step 2.

    At the starting whistle, contestants race the length of the course trying not to drop their egg. If they do and it breaks then they are eliminated.

  • The Winner

    First contestant to cross the finishing line with their egg and spoon intact.

  • Tips / Variations

    Why not use a raw egg to add to the fun!
