Caterpilla
Relay race in teams of at least 5. The first two players place a balloon between them and run to the end of the course and back. Then the 3rd players links in and repeat until all players have joined.
How To Play
Step 1.
Unless you have lots of space then teams will probably need to take turns to complete this race. In a team of 5 or more, line up near a container of balloons. Place a marker about 10m away.
Step 2.
On the whistle the first two players place the balloon between them, both placing the same direction. Once the balloon is in place, no hands.
Step 3.
The players walk/run in synch around the marker & back to the start.
Step 4.
A third player joins the caterpilla with a second balloon, and the caterpilla goes around the course again.
