Each team tries to pass the ball between themselves and then to the player standing on the bench to score a goal

How To Play

Step 1.
Mark out a pitch area of about 20 to 25m by 10 to 15m. Place a bench or chair at each and.
Step 2.
Players divide into 2 equal teams. Teams nominate one player to be the goal catcher, standing on a bench at the end of the pitch.
Step 3.
On the whistle players throw the ball to each other Netball style (no moving while in possession)
Step 4.
The aim is to throw the ball to your bench receiver who must catch it to score a goal or point.
Step 5.
First team to an agreed number goals or the leader after a set time period.
