Yurt Circle
Using a hoop made of strong tape or rope, all team members hold the tape and carry out balance maneouvres. (The game name derives from the Mongolian style tent with a self-supporting roof.)
How To Play
Step 1.
Create a hoop from rope or strong tape, large enough to allow all players to hold with both hands at the same time.
Step 2.
Sitting in a circle facing inwards, all players take a firm hold on the rope.
Step 3.
The players must now work as a team to raise themselves from a seated to a standing position. After a short rest, do the same in reverse back to seated.
