Under-Over

Pass a balloon or ball down the team line by hand alternating over the head and through the legs

How To Play

Step 1.
Assemble 5 balls or balloons per team in containers. Divide players into team of at least 5. Teams line up, standing, all facing the same direction towards the ball container.
Step 2.
On the whistle the first player passes a ball over their head to the next player who passes it between their legs. Alternate like this all the way down the line.
The last player collects all of the balls, and first team to complete all the balls wins.
Tips / Variations

Use just one ball and the last player runs to the front to restart the process, until all team members have been at the front.
