Hangman

One player tries to identify the secret word of phrase but has a limited chances before the opponent has them at the end of a rope.

How To Play

Step 1.
This is a word game for two people. One person is the hangman attempting to (not literally!) hang their opponent. The other is the defendant on trial and must quickly solve the puzzle to avoid the noose.
Step 2.
The hangman draws a set of gallows and beneath it the alphabet. She then gives a clue to a mystery word and draws an underscore for each letter in the word.
Step 3.
The defendant begins by guessing a letter. The Hangman either writes this letter onto the mystery word underscores if correct, or begins the process of hanging the defendant by drawing a head on the end of the noose. Either way the letter is crossed off the alphabet list.
Step 4.
Subsequent guesses are treated the same way as in 3 above, each wrong guess adding a body, an arm, a second arm, a leg and the second leg, at which point the defendant is hung and loses.
However, if the defendant manages to guess the mystery word before being hung, they go free and are victorious.
Tips / Variations

Allow a limited number of guesses after which instant hanging occurs.
